Warranty & Return Policy:

ANYBATTERY's  policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price.  Your refund will be issued within five business days of receipt of the product(s) by check or credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Furthermore, most of our products carry a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

In order to return a product, e-mail us your request to RMA@anybattery.net. Please include your name, day-time phone number, invoice number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.
